As my now ex-wife and I finally decided to end our marriage the idea of searching for a lawyer felt like a completely dreadful process that I was not looking forward to at all. This was not because I wanted to stay married, we both wanted out. It was the idea of what kind of legal games and nonsense would I might possibly have to go through to get this done and not feeling like I would be dragged through the coals. My now ex-wife and I had written out an agreement before we even looked for a lawyer. Rachelle and her paralegal Tammy Campbell took our agreement, fine tuned it in a way that left both of us completely satisfied and happy. Let me first state that Mrs. Cutrona was my first lawyer: EVER!!!! Never did I image I would ever have to get a lawyer in my life, let alone for custody reasons. This was definitely a bittersweet time for me but, Mrs. Cutrona made it a peaceful, expeditious experience! I was scared she would judge me but she didn’t! She was very up front and explained every thing in details, no matter how many times i needed understanding. She was patient and answered ALL of my questions! Very professional and attentive! Rachelle was very knowledgeable regarding the divorce proceedings and also the judicial system. Despite the fact that she has helped quite a lot of people through the process, she did not lose her humanity when dealing with me. Interestingly, she also did not just run up my bills in the escrow account which some divorce lawyers do. In toto, she came out as a caring and ethical lawyer. She is a lawyer who can, hopefully, salvage the reputation that lawyers have as being in the business only for the money!

When fighting in Family Court, as a man especially, it is easy to feel like you are all alone. Well, I never felt that way because Rachelle was with me each and every step along the way. She kept me informed and advised and, not surprisingly, I was vindicated. Do yourself a favor guys, and gals, if you ever end up having to go to Family Court, take Rachelle with you!

Rachelle was wonderful to me while dealing with a difficult situation. I couldn't say enough great things about her- she was knowledgeable and kept me informed of everything going on. Whenever I called the office she would pick up the phone or I would get a call back very quickly. I definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a lawyer! I met with another lawyer before hiring Rachelle and that person was mean and expensive! Rachelle was much more reasonably priced and definitely MUCH nicer!
