Inconsistent customer service experience
“I guess the wrong person answered the phone when I called. Immediately interrupted saying with incorrect information. Delaware may be an at will state but yet there are illegal reasons to be terminated. I've already been advised that I certainly have a case . But this office won't receive my business because they have the wrong person giving the first impression of this business.”
