I hired Dan Lyons 2x and he fought tooth and nail for me in both cases. The outcomes were excellent. The reason I only gave LyonsLaw 4 stars because unless you have $10K+ for a second DUI look elsewhere. Dan caters to the rich. His expertise in law should not be questioned. He's top tier. If you can afford him, get him.

Mr. Lyons is the best lawyer I have ever met or ever used. I have met 100’s or lawyers due to my field in Information Technology and used a few in my personal life. I can say without a doubt that Dan is a skilled attorney and a man who cares about his clients. I called other lawyers before Dan and they were ready to swipe my credit card before knowing anything about the case. Dan called me and insisted we speak in person, explained the facts, looked through the details, and set my mind at ease. A second DUI where I had confessed to smoking, given blood, and had every right to be pulled over. During the entire process Dan kept me informed, gave me the most likely outcome, and then got me off of ALL CHARGES! I didn’t even get a driving citation and didn’t have to go to court for a trial. He already spoke to the prosecutor, disqualified the case, and made my year! He is professional, smart, respected in the courtroom, and lays it all out in front of you. I could not have asked for a better, caring, and diligent attorney. When my lively hood was on the line I had to pick the right attorney and I spoke to nearly 10 before picking Mr. Lyons. I can honestly write this without any reservations. Dan Lyons is a great attorney. He laid out all of the facts and let me know where I stood at every phase in the process. This was extremely helpful for me because it was my first and only time. He told me early on the possible outcomes of the case either good or bad. He was very transparent and clear cut. Dan Lyons was able to get my DUI reduced to a Reckless Driving Alcohol Related. This is the pretty much the best possible outcome I could have expected. I was involved in an accident in which nobody was hurt thankfully but my BAC was also high so to get the charges reduced to Reckless Driving Alcohol Related was a great job.

Dan provided me representation in an IRS matter. His excellent knowledge of the tax code and IRS investigation process was instrumental in helping me. He is a great lawyer, and I would highly recommend him.

My case was complicated and it required assistance and cooperation of lawyers in two states. The charges against me were the result of a driving offense over two states. It was not a DUI It also required expert psychiatric experts. Mr. Lyons understood which expert witnesses to contact. He also cooperated with the attorney from the other state and met with him on two separate occasions to discuss the best way to handle the challenges I faced. Mr. Lyons showed respect to me and he met with me when that became necessary. The process took time, but I was kept informed about what was happening as it became necessary. I was found not guilty by reason of insanity, but this did not stop the prosecutor from trying to incarcerate me in a state mental hospital. After many more months, Mr. Lyons drafted a letter to the Judge and she denied the State's motion to have me sentenced to a psychiatric hospital. I would say Mr. Lyons held to his conviction from the start that I was not guilty and he fought to get that result in my case.

Dan handled a very difficult case for my sister and me involving the death of our mother. The case dragged on for five years but in the end a suitable settlement was reached. We were very pleased with the financial terms of the settlement and also with the fact that in midstream Dan took over the expenses at our request. A friend of my sister who is employed by another attorney recommened Dan because of his expertise in nursing home cases. We were very fortunate to have such a top notch attorney handle our case, he is the best and we would recommend him to anyone for civil or criminal cases.
