During the 20 years that I've done business with him, Gary has worked on a wide variety of projects for the International Council of Air Shows, ranging from simple review and updates to our organization's bylaws and informal consultation on potential legal issues to writing and filing amicus briefs on complicated federal/constitutional issues and providing insight and advice on legal action taken against our organization.
