Jennifer is an aggressive Attorney who helped me on my case in Federal Court. I was charged in a Police Misconduct as an officer from Minnesota and had the case tried in the District of Columbia. Jennifer worked diligently to get my case dropped.

Jennifer is a pro at what she does. She puts her clients first and that is reflected from her interactions with you to her tenacious will to get you the best outcome possible. I did my due diligence and spoke with different attorneys for my wrongful termination case and she by far gave me the sense of what the reality of the situation was as opposed to a perception of it. She worked hard to get me the best possible resolution as quickly as possible. The whole processes felt swift and she was always available to talk about any of my concerns. I hired Ms. Bezdicek 2 months ago for assistance in disputing a severance package from my employers who claimed they had to let me go due to financial/reorganization issues. Ms. Bezdicek was very different from many of the other attorneys I had previously spoken to about this case, in that 1. She was willing to take the case (the others were not interested) 2. She was willing to take it to court if possible (when the others did not think I had enough to sue). I never felt pressured to just accept what my employers were offering and always felt completely supported and well represented by Ms. Bezdicek. She was very reasonable and fair with her fees, an excellent negotiator, and honest in her explanation and representation of the facts. As a result of Ms. Bezdicek's representation on the case, I received much more than my employers were initially offering and frankly was the best money I ever spent, due to the financial gains and the pure satisfaction of getting what I deserved. If you want an excellent attorney whose primary interest is not about money, but about getting the best results possible for her client---then I highly recommend you hire Ms. Bezdicek.
