Michael handled a condo association issue for my condo association. The issue was contentious and dealt with many legal complexities and nuances. Moreover, Michael was not the first lawyer to represent the condo association in the litigation. He was hired by me (as Treasurer) more than midway through the litigation and only a few months before we ultimately went to trial. Michael was highly skilled and familiar with DC real estate law. He got up to speed very quickly by meticulously reading through all the documentation, promptly filing time-sensitive motions and inquiring with my personal attorney and the plaintiff's attorney as to the progress of the case when he joined. During the trial, Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and a fierce advocate for the association. His representation led to a successful ruling for the association with saved it thousands of dollars, as it was not forced to pay for work that the Court found it was not responsible for. I highly recommend Michael for all your legal real estate needs, especially if they involve condominiums or condo associations!
