I have had two DCPS disputes and I have worked with Mr. Atwell on both, he has assisted me in understanding and breaking down the problems that had occurred. In both cases Mr. Atwell has allowed me to express my concerns and has advocated for my son all the way. I am able to call/ text him when something has happened and he always answers.
