They took on a huge corporation . Justice was served .

These guys were great in helping out with a class action suit. Even after it fizzled out they managed to get me a settlement through arbitration and I came out further ahead than I probably would have from the class action. All staff were very responsive and helpful.

I was part of the Microsoft suit over controller drift for the Elite Series 2. M&R got my a BRAND FREAKING NEW controller when M$ told me to kick rocks. The gentlemen I have been working with have been professional and extremely helpful. When they contacted me to let me know about the controller, I thought it was too good to be true, but when the controller arrive (earlier than they said it would) I was ecstatic. I am so glad I joined in the suit.

I had an issue with my Xbox controller "drifting". One of my friends notified me that there was a class act lawsuit going on, so I decided to sign up and follow this per my controller issue. One day I got an email saying they were successful and bam, I had a new 150 dollar controller sitting at my doorstep the next week. Simple as that, no games or gimmicks.

When I first contacted the 1-800# regarding the Kia Engine Settlement class action lawsuit I had little hopes of it going anywhere but boy was I wrong. Bruno and Esfand were very responsive and I was immediately asked to be a class rep/lead plaintiff, which I agreed. Esfand was the lead attorney working on the case from the beginning and he was amazing, very responsive and efficient. Esfand made sure I understood everything and if I didn't he took the time to explain it to me. I cant even begin to tell you how many e-mails, texts and phone calls we shared but they were all responded to in a timely manner and all my questions were answered. Later in the case Jason took over and I was once again a little nervous but things only got better as the case moved along. Jason was just as responsive and detailed as Esfand and made sure I had updates and responded to all my questions and concerns, no matter how silly.
