Dan is a great lawyer. Dan is very knowledgeable on real estate issues in MD and DC. He has advised me several times on matter ranging from the purchase of residential home, to handling landlord-tenants negotiation, reviewing/drafting contrasts.
He looks for practical solutions while also explaining the relevant legal concepts.
I also appreciate that he makes himself available to clients. Even on a short notice, he is responsive.
I highly recommend his services !!

Mr. Zaharevich handled a legal matter involving my home, which had been pending for nearly two years. The issue was resolved rather quickly and throughout the entire process he kept me informed. He was very responsive to all my calls and emails, which made the entire process much easier to deal with.
I will definitely contact him in the future if the need arises, as it was a pleasure working with him.

Dan is amazing! Among other specialties, he is a subject matter expert in contract law and real estate issues. I would recommend him to my friends and family. He will walk you through all aspects of your case, let you know the risks, etc - all while treating you like a peer (I am not a fan of lawyers who try to belittle people). He consulted on my case for free and his rates were extremely reasonable. I wish I could keep him on retainer for all of my legal needs!

I have worked with Daniel Zaharevich on several real estate cases. He is a great lawyer with integrity on law practice. He cares for his clients and fights for the client's interests.
