Highly recommend! I hired Allyson to represent me after a car crashed into me in a crosswalk on Connecticut Avenue in Washington, DC. I thought I could get the insurance company to settle because the driver was clearly at fault. The insurance company didn't take me seriously until Allyson got involved. She demanded the policy limits, and when they didn't agree, she didn't mess around - she just filed a lawsuit in DC Superior Court. Within a few weeks, the insurance company caved and offered the full value of the insurance policy. She also got my own insurance company to cover my medical bills after they told me no.
