Ronald Ross worked with me for several years in Virginia. Ron worked in the energy field and was a great asset. He worked on corporate law and helped on many unusual transaction structures. We worked with many outside law firms and large investment banking firms. He is very sophisticated and bright. He has a Harvard education. He is charming and well read. You will be happy to have his insights. Our office budget was very large and the deals were very complicated. He never complained about the work load.
