They have been very helpful in resolving debt and preventing the creditors from taking legal action. Carl Tate was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions.

Seth did a fantastic job at making me feel informed of my account. He was pleasant and seemed to enjoy his job unlike some calls I get from places where the employee just seems to drone on. As far as Palisade Legal Group I can't say enough as to how much they have worked for me to make right what has long been wrong with my credit. I highly recommend their services sooner rather than later so the freedom from financial burdens are lessened.

I'm thankful for the team work

I'm coming up on my 2-year mark with Palisade, and my largest account has not been settled. After providing all the documents in my portal, showing they had a deadline of 10-31 before the creditor takes this to legal matters. However, Palisade NEVER reached out to me or to them. They paid themselves FIRST before paying my last creditor, so now my program extends until 2025 alone just for that one debt. They have had me paying "Legal fees" for going on two years, and the only creditor who took it to Court, I had to settle it myself and the legal team is being paid for absolutely nothing. 24 x $60 is $1,440 for a 'legal team' that is not working for me. I noticed today that my program is now extended to 2027, and that would be 5 years after I signed up, which was December 2022. There is no end in site, and I would have been better off continuing to pay my debtors myself. Also, I find it EXTREMELY concerning they REFUSE to speak about anything in emails. They can make all these false promises over the phone with no paper trails. I have informed them the last time they emailed me telling me to call, that I will be recording all my correspondence that is done over the phone. It's really a shame how these companies are allowed to do this to this to people struggling, but lesson learned the hard way. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. Always read the fine print.

Great company to work with! They give consistent updates when asked and were able to settle one of my accounts for almost half of the original amount. Everyone I've spoken to is very courteous and polite, especially Ralph.
