Out of all the lawyers I interviewed to do my trademark registration, William was the best candidate. He explained step by step what the process was, what his best advice was, and he got the job done! Both my trademarks were accepted with the USPTO. Definitely hire William for your Intellectual Property needs. I plan on getting my two other trademarks done with him!

When I contacted William regarding USPO trademark office action, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He reviewed my application and office action with me. He confirmed a view points with me and advised me how he was going to respond to the office action. This was on Friday and he told me he would be submitting the response within 24 to 48 hrs. True to his word he sent me an email on Sunday with the filing receipt.

Bill spent a LOT of time with me on the phone explaining the Trademark process and answering all of my questions; and I had many, as this was my first Trademark application. He responded quickly to follow-up calls and spent even more time with me, as our strategy evolved. He never charged me for extra time. More importantly, his strategy worked. Our Mark sailed through the application process (he did have to answer one action but did not charge extra for that either). As the rest of the process unfolded, Bill checked in with encouraging words and was honest about risks. Ultimately, we obtained our Mark within the timeline that he had estimated.
