Professional, expedient and extremely courteous... what else does one need from an attorney. Highly recommended!

In July of 2019 I was in a serious car accident where I was T-boned by a F-150 truck. After going through a couple of rounds of physical therapy trying to heal from my injuries, I decided to reach out to Price Benowitz, LLP because they had helped me out a few years ago. Lawyer John Yannone & paralegal Channelle Robinson did an amazing job closing out my personal injury lawsuit. The process from start to finish was organized, professional and concise. They kept an open line of communication throughout the entire 17 month process and I always knew the status of my case. I greatly appreciated how everyone at Price Benowitz went above and beyond and did not just give in at the first or second offer of the defendant's insurance company. I will certainly contact them again in the event any other legal issues arise.

I hired this law firm after being involved in a fatal (not at fault) accident. At the time I was 23 and living in the area on my own. My car was totaled and because I was still making payments and I did not have GAP insurance, I was out of transportation and still owed my lender for the difference. I suffered from chronic back pain and other ailments as a result from the accident. They worked hard to make sure I was able to get reimbursement for my pain and suffering, as well as the financial challenges the accident caused for me. Though the case took a while to settle (due to Covid) and I do believe I was owed more for the accident, I agree that Pice Benowitz worked to get me the highest possible offer for the situation. I would highly recommend them.

We took a personal injury claim with PB, primarily based on the positive feedback we saw here in the aftermath of a car accident. Our experience was extremely poor. Once we signed the engagement letter, we were unable to get any update on the case or even the process. It took 5 weeks for the attorney to call me to outline the process, despite repeated requests and them not calling when promised. I had escalated this on 3 occasions and been told they were just about to update me. Each time I was promised an update every two weeks - this never happened once in the 12 months it took to resolve this matter. The lack of empathy was really surprising, considering that we'd been in a bad accident and this is their industry. I feel I've had better service and care at the MVA. At settlement, it was as if we had to push them to counter the initial offer from the insurer. It never felt like they were representing us, just that they wanted to close the matter. Overall, dealing with, and having to repeatedly chase PB caused a great deal of anxiety and extended the imact of the accident far longer than was necessary. I could list every interaction with them, but there's no point. I simply would not recommend to anyone. They added no value.
