Do not use this company!! They were great with communication at first and actually settled 2 of my accounts. however, one is taking legal action and no one will get back to me. I can’t get in touch with anyone who will give me more information and my civil action hearing is in 2 days!! Plus I pay extra $ per month for this supposed “legal service”. The account taking legal action actually had the lowest balance .. not paying with months of interest I owe over $3k which may have to pay out of pocket for because this company can’t do their job!

They are absolutely terrible. I have been paying since August of 2022 and have paid out over $6k and just found out LAST MONTH that they’re taking 27% of what I am paying. They still haven’t settled on all accounts. They lied about my credit score going up. I thought I was getting help, and o really am not. I could’ve settled on my accounts myself and had them paid off by now. I was told when I last called that if I and up terminating services, it would wipe my settlements and I would have to start completely over. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!!

DO NOT SIGN UP. It’s been nearly a year, and they’ve only settled with 1 account. I was paying my bills before but was looking to save some $. They ranked my credit, and have not done anything with any of the other accounts. They are NOT clear in the beginning with the breakdown of where your money will be going. I’ve thus far paid them $2500. When I signed up I was told in 3y I would be debt free. It’s now 7mo. I’m no closer to that goal. I was told that my credit score would go up after a few months, it’s been utterly tanked. This was the WORST financial move I’ve ever made. DO NOT USE THEM. They will lure you in with promises, then deliver little.

They were always on hand to answer questions and did exactly what they said they would do - renegotiate my debts. I am debt free now😊

This company doesn't care not about you are your credit its only about them getting paid, i have only been with them 3 months, i have paid in $906.00 none of my bills were being paid so i called to cancel, they said i will be sent $152.00 i said what happened to the rest of it ,they said the legal group get there money up front, don't use there people, they are a scam, they guy Russell was so rude when i told him i wanted to cancel my contract . Don't use them , not worth it, of i could give them a negative star I would

I have not seen any action on this while my creditors are still harassing me. I see in my email that I have to send a letter to the creditors. Why am I doing that. Shouldn’t that come from the group. I am a widow and have be extra carful. Had to help out my mom and daughters during Covid and it snowballed from there. I thought this was the answer but not his not. Nothing is moving forward. I WANT OUT. I’m not making any payments to these people. I don’t see the reward. Or any action forward. It’s been almost 2 months. And nothing!!!!! Very disappointed and let down.

They can’t and won’t do anything for you, they simply charge outrageous fees for what you can do yourself. They hide behind a legal group that encompasses high school graduates (maybe) to attempt to negotiate on your behalf, so don’t think for a second any legal professional is working on your behalf. The law firm is only there to scare you from cancelling once their grift had legally begun so they can take your money for accomplishing zero. They are predators who want to take advantage of people who are already in financial distress and grift them out of what they barely have.

They put me in a worse situation and were almost flippant about the situation. They “settled” one of my debts and allegedly paid them off, but lo and behold a garnishment was issued for a company they “used my money to pay”. They instructed me to stop paying my creditors and eventually got hit left and right with lawsuits. I am now on financial scorched Earth. They over promise and severely under deliver. The money of mine they paid my creditors , I wish I knew where it truly went.

I agreed to Palisades help in 2021. After 2 years they have only settled 2 of my 3 debts. The 3rd is now in legal and I'm told I need to more than double my payment to resolve the 3rd debt. I haven't missed a single payment on the plan and I was not behind on the original debts before the program. My credit took a hit, but after all the time, still has not recovered. Now I face legal process on the 3rd debt and feel totally betrayed by this whole process, that was supposed to be finished by next year. Do NOT use this program.

Palisade is a company than didn’t disclose all the relevant information to me. So I will do this for the other users… 1. To reach settlement will take a year. No less than that. Reasons: you need to have “enough money in your escrow account. As well the accounts must be achieve a lot of time in delinquencies for them to do something. 2. The benefit of legal plan is not a benefit is really an additional service that will cost you 600 to enroll plus monthly fee. 3. If you abandone the program they will take away this 600 dollars plus 9 dollars per month of your escrow account. 4. They will not reach out to you to provide updates. They are very good hiding details so you find out after the fact. When there’s nothing you can do an about it. Please do not enroll !!!
