This company is trash got me sued and won’t release a letter so that I can negotiate or even talk with the creditor. They have only settled 2200 in debt and if payed them 5000 so far this is a scam company that don’t care one bit about any customers.

The only thing this company can do is make your life miserable and take your money You save nothing they negotiate for lower price and then they take the rest that’s why they negotiate so they can get more of your money Don’t use this company it’s a scam and you get a different answer with each time you call I wish I had never been scammed by this company but I hope I can help someone else from these sharks I read what you wrote me and what I’m trying to tell you is I didn’t know how much you were taking for your services until someone from your service sent me a draft showing me what you were charging and and any thing you saved you took so I could have saved more my self And I am not happy about your services

Please don’t fall for this, they don’t tell you how they actually work things until you’re in a contract. We had to beg for almost an hour to get the contract to cancel and the lady Glory Vargas hung up on me after telling me that she hopes i feel good about not letting my mom get the help she needs. But all we tried to do was look for a better option for her because this company worked differently and it wasn’t what we were looking for. She insisted for almost an hour and wasn’t respecting our decision. Please do your research before signing with them and make sure you’re getting all the right information.

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING WITH THIS COMPANY. This company will lie to you and neglect to tell you things in order to have you sign up. They have hidden fees they collect based on the settlements. They don't tell you that once the settlements are reached, they reflect negatively on your credit report, saying "charged off for less". Although I had a decent amount of debt, I was NEVER late on one payment...EVER. And my credit was just okay. But not poor. After signing up with this group, I was told to stop making payments for 4 months in order for them to be able to negotiate a settlement. Well four months turned in 13 months and my credit tanked. They kept asking me for more and more money. I started out paying $275 and it went up to $480. My debts were still NOT being settled. It was a nightmare. They finally called me and told me that I qualified for their "Fresh Start" program. I was too far gone in unpaid payments to pull out of the program. I literally had to take out a $15k loan with them in order to get all of the debt settled. My debt is finally settled 17 months later, my credit sucks, and I have $475 loan payment for 5 years. The ONLY good thing to come out of this is that its finally over.

A big scam from the get go. I was lied to SEVERAL times by more than one person. They mailed about 20 times about Consolidation. I finally called and was told they would settle with our creditors which we were current with all of them, until they had is stop paying and start paying them.That tanked our credit. Said would take 3 to 6 months. Still no end in sight after 2 years and 2 out of 4 creditors still no deal made.

Be careful with this company. I do not get updates, there are fees I was unaware of. The reps are rude and are quick tobget an attitude They have had my account for 13 months and have done nothing with it and, now I'm stuck. Noone calls me, updates me and everytime I call in I get different answers.
