David represented me in a case where a former law firm I hired sued me for a legal fee actually earned by a successor law firm in complex commercial litigation. David very quickly understood the facts and circumstances of the very complicated multi-year litigation underlying the case and drafted with perfection all legal filings in the case, including handing the other side major setbacks at the motion to dismiss stage of the case. The case quickly settled on terms favorable to our side. He did a tremendous and unexpected (due to the complexity and unknows in the case) job representing us!! I rate him a 9 on a scale of 1 to 5. I would recommend anyone hire David for complex litigation.
