“I requested a consultation and immediately got a call from Natalia herself. She was kind enough to pre-consult me without charge to determine if I was actually in need of a lawyer, which obviously meant I berated her with a bunch of questions. She was very kind, patient and knowledgeably answered all of my questions. She told me I didn't in fact require her services but to come to her if I ever did!”

“I Left a message over the weekend about a very important matter to our family and Natalia called back on Monday and left a message, I missed her call but later she called me back concerning the matter, i was happy to speak to her, she cleared my doubts.
