When I needed to find a lawyer quickly and that I could afford, I did an internet search and made an appointment with the Rollins and Chan law firm. I am so thankful I found them. Ada Chan called me back quickly to discuss my case and immediately put me at ease and calmed my worries. She is very easy to talk to and down to earth. Communication about my case was very easy as Ms. Chan was available through email, text, or phone and always responded very quickly. She even agreed to meet with me on a Sunday so that we could discuss the case and our options in person before the hearing. I am thoroughly impressed with the efficiency and effectiveness of Ada Chan. I would highly recommend her for anyone finding themselves in need of a very good lawyer.

DO NOT JUDGE THEIR EFFICIENCY WITH THEIR REASONABLE RATE! I felt uncomfortable with how reasonable their rate was, and even offered to pay more because of how expensive the flat rate fee for my defense was based on shopping around at other law firms. Not only did, Ms. Chan not accept my extra payment, but gave me the best possible outcome of my case. Ms. Chan is an amazing attorney with integrity and is not motivated by the dollar. She genuinely cares about her clients. Never having to acquire a lawyer before, I was taken aback by how laid-back, confident, and open she was to communicating she was. I was charged with a misdemeanor in a case where the officer may have witnessed the offense. Ms. Chan was able to negotiate with the prosecutor to get my case "no papered dismissed" without me ever having to show up to court for an arraignment (I was on my way to court when I found out). This was the BEST possible outcome for anyone being charged with a crime. I can now move on with attempting to get my arrest record expunged without having to wait two years (had I accepted a diversionary program) or eight years (had I been convicted). Highly recommended!!!
