If I could give him zero stars i would. He literally just takes your money and does nothing. Mind you he is not cheap which is fine but we expect him to actually do work. Even if you dont beat the case I would have felt good if I felt like he tried but he literally doesnt care to do anything. He doesnt care that someones life is in his hand he care about nothing but his money. He acts like he is going to help and once he gets the funds its VERY hard to reach him. Its been times where I was trying to reach him for months. A public defender is way better! I have talked to multiple lawyers who have also said the same thing. They have even stated he’s known for not responding and not doing anything and their clients that they got from him that had the same experience we had with him. He will probably get this review deleted but DO NOT PAY HIM YOUR MONEY. I trusted these reviews but they were all a lie my experience with him was the worst ive ever had with any attorney. I am sure he gets the bad reviews deleted and keeps these false ones up. Do NOT trust him! I am almost positive he was working with the government; probably for some money because thats all his concern is.

I really loved my experience and I felt like they were really looking out for my best interest.

I called for help, after got T-boned by distracting driver, they drew me in gave me all of the sweet talks, I even gave them my dash cam footage, the investigator told me it is an easy slam dunk case and they will win the case easily for me. Few weeks no call when I call, told me they would not representing me, this time it is hard to win, when I asked what happend, the lawyer, benofit told me that I was lucky that he did not charge any fee, I was like woooow.....

The professionalism, communication and my overall experience with Roberto and the paralegal and attorney’s were exceptional. Nothing short of amazing. If I find myself in a similar situation and need counsel, I will use them every time and would definitely recommend them. Thank you so much!

Great experience with the firm

Estoy muy satisfecha con el trabajo de Roberto Santos. Desde el principio fue una experiencia muy personal, Roberto se tomó el tiempo de las llamadas telefónicas y los correos electrónicos para explicar todo el proceso y hacer seguimiento, ya que me ayudó en un momento que estaba muy asustada, por mi accidente y no sabía que hacer Roberto me ayudó pasó a paso a resolver cada inquietud.
