I was looking to hire an attorney but the person that answered the phone told me to call a radio show and hung up.

Kerri was a terrific partner in rethinking and redoing our wills. Her whole team (especially Jonah) effectively kept us on track throughout the entire process. When my husband and I didn't understand something, she patiently explained it. She helped us to wade through the legalese, and translated everything we needed to know into understandable, simple English. Kerri also has a wonderful sense of humor, which really helps when you are dealing with difficult subjects like last wills and testaments.

The intake experience that I had was horrible. First, I assume they are working with representatives out of the country because I could barely understand the message that was left for me. Next, the attorney called and asked personal information from me before even asking about the case. When I asked him why he needed certain information, instead of providing an explanation, he immediately got offended and stated that I was not looking for help. If as a client, I’m not able to ask a questing without an offense, that immediately tells me how I would be treated if you are representing me.

Provided this firm with all my medical records. It took them 6 months to review the records, where 2 other smaller firms took 2 weeks to review them. I never was able to speak to an attorney once about the case but was told 3 times the attorney was going to call me but they never did! I explained to them how I was worried about the statue of limitations 3 months in when they had my records. Another 3 months goes by and I’m finally told they can’t help me at all with no explanation. Thanks for wasting 6 months of my time when another firm could have been reviewing the records in a timely fashion! ridiculous
