Was contacted by Sophia and was told that a lawsuit would be filed for overdraft fees assessed to me by my bank. Was asked to send bank statements for the previous 2 to 3 years. Once I sent Bank statements it was hard to get in contact with them. Not until I continuously reached out to them about not getting back to me did they send me an email stating they would no longer be perusing my case. How convenient after you have all my bank information. Feeling like I have been scammed I write this to inform anybody else who might be targeted by this company. Not to mention Sophia said they have been operating for over a decade and looking at her profile she couldn't be more than in her early twenties.

I sent in an inquiry online. Jeff reached out to me via email and we spoke briefly on the phone. Once I submitted their requested documents via email, Jeff and his team went to work. Jeff and Sophia kept me updated along the way. I was always available to review and sign documents in a timely manner. Whenever I had a question Jeff or Sophia was available to answer. They were very efficient, organized, friendly, professional and convenient. In the end everything worked out in my favor. I’ll definitley recommend them to anyone who feels they’ve been ripped off.
