Paid a lot of money and they did not help us get out of our time share. :O( --- If you're trying to get out of a time share--- I would totally try another firm.

It was a pleasure working with Rachel Sexton on a complicated Timeshare exit. Not only was Rachel knowledgeable and provided expert guidance, she was responsive, contacted me with timely updates, and provided excellent customer service.

My wife and I met with Newton Group on October 11, 2018 to learn what they could do to help us to be released from our Time Share Resort contracts. On November 15, 2018 the Newton Group advised us that DC Capital Law was retained to terminate our Time Share ownerships. On the same date that we were notified by Newton Group, we also received letters from DC Capital Law that they would be representing us to terminate our Time Share ownerships. By November 21, 2018 DC Capital Law had sent letters to each of the Resorts notifying them that DC Capital Law would be representing us and that all communications should go through them. We were amazed at how quickly things were moving. DC Capital Law made us aware of how difficult the resorts were known to be and that we needed to be resolve in our desire to end ownership of the Resorts. We made the decision to end payment of maintenance and other fees to the Resorts. DC Capital Law DCC also set up files that we could access to keep up with communications between DC Capital Law and the Resorts which was very helpful. Over time the following events occurred: * Resort owners made it clear that they had no Deed Back Program. * The Resort Owners were not timely in responding to DC Capital Law's correspondences. * DC Capital Law was very thorough in answering our questions concerning our liabilities. * The Resort Owners were advised by DC Capital that we were willing to accept a Deed-in-Lieu agreement. * The Resort Owners came up with several schemes involving various payments, which were not attractive and the Resort Owners could not be trusted to honor them if a Time Share owner was willing to pay. * In the middle of all this COVID 19 hit. DC Capital Law was determined to provide us with the best outcome and never pushed us to take an offer which was not in our best interest. The last DC Capital Law Lawyer that we had, Robert Buddingh, visited the Resorts and came up with some interesting approaches. After nearly 5 years of dealing with a very difficult Resort Owner, DC Capital Law sent us confirmation of the relinquishment of our Time Share Ownership. I would recommend DC Capital Law without any hesitation. Thomas M. Schietinger

After a year and a half they have not provided anything. I cannot get in touch with them. They don't answer, return calls or emails. Don't waste your money on with this firm.

Hired Newton Group to cancel my timeshare, retained DC Capital law on my behalf. It's been 5 months now, and I still don't even know who, if anyone, is representing me. Recently found out my attorney and a few others were fired, and I was reassigned, only to find out that she is no longer there either now. Have tried calling and leaving messages, and sending several emails, to no avail.. no response, nothing from them. Defiantly NOT the experience I expected, and ABSOLUTLY NOT SATISFIED with this Mickey mouse outfit at all!! Could have used the $4000 I paid to put a REAL law office to work for me.. unfortunately for me, it seems Amanda Clark, who WAS my 2nd representative, was the all star of the group, no longer works there!
