Pat worked on my case for almost 2 years. Not once was I left in the dark. Pat was very clear that I understood every aspect of my case and what was going on. I went to a few law firms prior to settling on hiring Patrick Malone and Associates to handle a case. It was a personal injury case. I can honestly say I did not have a good opinion of attorney’s after talking to a few, however, Mr. Malone and his team changed that. Daniel Scialpi, who personally handled my case was phenomenal. I was impressed with his hard work and the complaint the team put together was stellar (quite a complicated case - admittedly so even by the mediating judge). I never felt out of touch with my attorney’s, my calls and inquiries were always received and they took the time to explain issues to me. Daniel Scialpi was completely available over the entire three year time frame. As someone who has been on the side of the system where you need an attorney to fight for you and believe you, I see Mr. Malone and his team as true advocates. Not to mention their expertise - they are really good lawyers and were completely thorough in bringing to light the issues in the case. I felt I did not have to speak because they got it.
