Mr. Mutimer was a great attorney and exceeded my expectations. This was a second offense DUI and I was fully prepared to have to take a guilty plea. After talking with Christopher he reassured me that if we requested a trial we could get a better deal than a suspended jail term. Up until the day of my hearing I was unsure due to the fact that the state said they would enhance my changes if I requested a trial.
