Other bankruptcy attorney's didn't know how to handle the issue properly, talking to Mr. Ammerman it was clear he's an expert in bankruptcy law, he figured things out in 10 seconds, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Leigh is a brilliant attorney. She absolutely knows and understands tenant’s rights law in great detail. She’s an extremely good listener and knows how convey her client’s issues in a very clear manner. I was in a situation where my health was being adversely affected in my apartment. For over six months my landlord would not listen to my complaints nor my requests. I met with Leigh about my case. She took time to explain to me the different options and possible outcomes. Throughout the process she was caring, direct and never over promised anything. But she delivered much needed help! The same day Leigh intervened on my behalf with my landlord, I was released from my lease and able to move. My health has improved tremendously because of her help. I’m forever grateful to her. I highly recommend Leigh to any tenant in need of assistance with housing and landlord issues. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Attorney Ammerman is extremely thorough, tells it like it is, gives his honest opinion and recommendations based on each individual case and his years of experience. I appreciate how he reassured that there is light at the end of the tunnel after filing for bankruptcy. I don't usually trust lawyers, but Leigh is different. She was an excellent resource and a trustworthy partner in my battle against an absolutely terrible landlord. She helped me stay at my rented house until I was finally able to buy my own place (about a year). Leigh is extremely professional, helpful, attentive, and responsive. And one thing I particularly appreciated is that she always checked with me before sending anything to my landlord or his lawyer. Can't recommend Leigh enough.
