I had the absolute pleasure of working with Al Clarke for several years while the office of Patrick Malone & Associates handled a complex medical malpractice case for my father. Prior to meeting Al and Pat, our case had already been underway for a couple of years with another firm, and it was in need of additional expertise and resources. Despite being faced with the unprecedented challenges of litigating during the Covid-19 pandemic, Al’s patience and tenacity were unwavering. He worked intensively with the defense council and negotiated a settlement. The final outcome provided us with a great deal of closure and consolation.
