Very unprofessional Law Firm and staff. Did not hear from anyone until I complained why it took so long for someone to contact me only to tell me they couldn’t take my case. Will never recommend.

Working with Ms. Kayann Chambers from the Cochran Firm was a true pleasure from the beginning. She remained in contact with us through the entirety of our case and helped our family through the most devastating event of our lives. My son and I are forever grateful for her assistance.

When I called to speak with intake person she was very polite, and perfessional and she asked me a few questions and I answered all of them mind you these were very basic questions. In my opinion so basic I couldn't see how one could make an informed decision as to take my case. (How can you and you don't have all of the information.) After not hearing anything for about week and a half two weeks. I then called to ask how dose the free consultation work and was told once the intake is taken there it's given to the paralegal and then it is given to the attorney, and that after the decision I would be contacted. But what I couldn't understand no info was really given that would have my case to even be considered, how can one make an informed decision if you don't have all the information and documented facts? I didn't know if when the intake hands off the information to the paralegal or whoever hands it touches is the information then rewritten thus leaving more information out, as to down play the perspective case at hand? I have realized that verbal documentation as it pertains to a conversation between two people and the way that it is being transcribed may or may not be very important, especially when the firm has no real intentions on accepting a case in the first place. ( Pay vs. play) I understood the firms policy as it was explained to me inregards to the process, however the merits on which they deney cases is still questionable to me. I really do not think any one even looked my case. Then I was told if a case is denied that they would refer you to another firm instead but she referred me to general website. But never the less the intake and the person who calls to inform you that your case has been denied was very perfessional.

I called and the person that answered could barely answer my basic questions. I'm actually glad my case wasn't taken due to location restrictions.

Very disappointed their interaction with new potential clients. My situation was pretty much "Open and Shut" case. I had a terrible side effect to some shots I received from a reputable Spine company. They decide not go forward, and two days later I received an email claiming I took too long to contact them......????????
