I retained Randy for a potential employment dispute I was having with my former employer. They caved at the last second, but he provided tons of excellent advice and guidance. He also didn't immediately put me on the clock, or want to charge me for the initial meeting like most other attornies wanted to do. I definitely would use him again and recommend him to anyone having an employee-employer dispute.
