The Employment Law Group is an incredibly professional and knowledgeable firm (from the phenomenal client services specialist to the competent and experienced lawyers). I am a member of a whistleblower group represented by TELG. Janel Quinn, the attorney assigned to our case, demonstrated great knowledge, wisdom, compassion, and integrity in all her dealings with us. We were given comprehensive updates on a regular basis that included not only known facts but also realistic possibilities for events going forward. The whistleblower path can be difficult and confusing at times. If you believe your cause is necessary and just, there is, in my opinion, no better law firm to guide you on that path than TELG.

They charged me for emails required to resolve administrative and billing issues. Otherwise legal services were good. But I sometimes felt like they were indifferent to my goals and what I was trying to accomplish.

I cannot say enough great things about The Employment Law Group. Deciding to take legal action is tough. Deciding to take legal action against your employer is life changing. It’s awful. It’s awful to be put in that position. It’s awful to go through it. It’s awful that your company did something that necessitated such an action. Luckily, there’s TELG. In hindsight the best thing they did was repeatedly tell me no. While actions taken by my leadership at work progressively got worse I started to talk to TELG. They repeatedly told me no. Until one day my employer crossed the line where TELG knew I could win. From that point on they were my biggest supporter and greatest ally. They know that taking action against your employer is likely one of the hardest crucibles you will face in life. If they say no, it’s for a reason. But when they finally accept you as a client it is because you can win. Lawsuits are expensive. They affect every aspect of your life. And there is no going back. If you go against a $200 billion firm, or government agency, you better have supreme confidence that you will win. There’s nothing like staring across at a Department of Justice Assistant US Attorney during a deposition to rattle your confidence. But somehow, with the help of Adam Carter and TELG, that day passed as one of my proudest accomplishments—staring them down, answering truthfully, and coming out the victor! In the end, I got what I wanted from taking the US government to court. I feel victorious. If I had to do it all over again I would. But I wouldn’t do it without Adam and his team at TELG. Without them the risk would be just too much!
