We were in very desperate situation when our container with household belongings had been detained by US customs and our previous verbal communications with no less than three (customs, freight forwarders & inspection facility) separate groups worsened the situation. It was a real change when Andrea took our case. Andrea is extremely wise and brilliant. She managed nothing short of a miracle with our container. Our estimation of charges without her are conservative at four times the bill we ended with. It’s a frightful experience with little sleep when everything you own is in limbo (almost 40 days) and getting no answers.
