Do not recommend inexperienced assistants waste of time and money bled billing hours went with a bigger more experienced firm with great results.

I was very disappointed with the representation I received from this law firm. Elaine Fitch was a solid partner, but in my opinion my attorney did a poor job "representing me" and a good job running up charges.

I was a recent client of KCNF after facing a terrible disruption to my career prospects. In regard to my experience, I simply cannot recommend Sarah Nesbitt at KCNF enough. She is one of the most capable, assiduous, and supportive resources when navigating through the toll of a career-altering experience. In 2013, I had the pleasure of meeting a brilliant lawyer named Elaine Fitch. At the time, I was, like many employees who contact a law firm, a panicked and depressed employee with what I believed was a serious employment issue. That simple contact was the beginning of one the most treasured and valued friendships that I have today. Elaine is truly a master craftsman (in this case, craftswoman), her attention to detail is impeccable and she has incredible humanity and humility. Over the years I have had several issues requiring legal attention (just a side note, she has never lost one of my cases) and have never thought of calling anyone except Elaine and KCNF. I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with a number of of attorneys at KCNF and have never once had an unpleasant experience. I have found all of the attorneys that I have worked with to be extremely professional and passionate. I have lost count of the number of individuals whom I have referred to KCNF for legal services and I will continue to do so any time that I have the opportunity. This is hands down, one of the best law firms in the country!!! Thank you for what you do.

I would like to express my appreciation for Attorney Richard Renner. I have an active EEOC case pending, I had the pleasure of talking to Attorney Renner on the phone a few times about my case, when you are in financial distress and physical pain it is difficult to think clearly and make good decisions. That, in addition to not understanding the legal process complicates matters even more. Attorney Richard Renner responded to my meeds in an extremely timely manner, he explained the law, outlined in clear language the steps in the process that needed to be done. He was reassuring, articulate, knowledgeable and effective. Richard made the process so much easier and gave me peace of mind in a stressful situation. Attorney Renner was referred to me by another attorney, and that was some of the "Best" information I have ever received. I am unhappy with my current representation, and asked another attorney, who had formerly represented me, for assistance in choosing another one. He recommended KCNF. I dialed the phone number he provided, and received an automated message, instructing me only to leave a message for extension 43. This was at 3:00 pm on a Monday. I decided to try again, and the second time reached a person. She had a heavy accent (which in and of itself is not something to hold against someone), and didn't behave as though she works for a law firm. She seemed unsure of how to proceed as I explained my issue. She decided to laboriously record my name, phone number and other demographics. I could tell she was handwriting my information. She did explain that an intake specialist would contact me. Later, an intake specialist, Chris, did call me, at 4:30 pm, saying he had "one more question" for me. He wanted to know more about my issue, which I explained. His response was: "So you just have some questions about your case?" I didn't have questions. I wanted representation. I explained that I was unhappy with current counsel. Chris promised that someone would call me "today." At 4:53 pm I did receive an email (not a phone call), from Elisabeth Baker-Pham, asking for a good time to speak. Ms. Baker-Pham's email bears no signature, leaving me with no way to determine her role within KCNF (unless she is listed at the website). I have worked as a receptionist at law firms, and am always scrutinized for how professionally I treat clients, potential clients and staff. It is surprising that these three folks can get away with their shoddy performance.

I had hoped to work with this Firm for years regarding my employment issue. I read their website thoroughly. It seemed they would understand my case and, more importantly, that they actually cared about situations like mine. This past week, I reached out twice to this Firm and didn't even get the courtesy of a response. I was so serious about this that I was going to immediately pay for and schedule a legal consultation with one of their partners. No free, limited consultation with an associate or intake with a paralegal. I needed counsel, insight, advice from an expert I trusted and I could finally afford to pay for it. I can't even express how disheartened and disappointed I am right now. Needless to say, I don't want to hear word one from this Firm anymore.

Mary Kuntz advised me on an employment issue. She was patient in answering my questions, and advised me on my options. It was a challenging and stressful time for me, but Mary helped me navigate the minefields! I enjoyed working with her very much and highly recommend her.

I would highly recommend KCNF. Mr.George Chuzi is a brilliant attorney he worked on my case against my previous employer. Mr.Chuzi provided me with very good advice and so did Ms Kuntz and Mrs. Fitch, when Mr.Chuzi was out of the office. I truly appreciated the legal expertise that was given for me to prevail. Mr.Chuzi was honest, would give me scenarios of my options, and more importantly wants the best for his clients. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have left that awful dreadful place of my previous employment.
