I contacted the firm to submit a medical malpractice claim on behalf of my husband who was lost during a medical procedure. Mr. Meltmar and staff quickly responded to my medical malpractice claim, told me what my options were and kept me and my family fully informed during the entire process (approximately 17 months). Mr. Meltmar in particular was very forthright with me about the process and what my options were. Based on his research, we were able to reach a reasonable settlement which provided a good deal of closure for myself and family.
