When I first meet MVF ( Mathew Von Fricken ) to discuss my case he was very clear about the process & the time frame that it would take to get everything filed . He asked a lot of questions so that he could get insight to my personal situation. At no time did I feel he was giving me Cookie Cutter answers or Solutions. MVF was very easy to talk to & made me feel comfortable & involved in the process. You can tell when u are speaking to him that he actually cares & is passionate about the law as well as his client's well being. He was very clear about the reality of my situation. I never felt like he was telling me what I want to hear. In the courtroom MVF was great. He conveyed all the facts of the case in an articulate and compelling manner. I cannot recommend him and his Services enough!

Matt took my son’s case on a days Notice . He was honest and professional through the whole process . Extremely knowledgeable and explained everything giving his best advice . My Sons case started as a felony robbery he got it down to a misdemeanor with a deferral to dismissal with reason conditions. Times like this can be so stressful but with Matt he was always available to talk and he truly cares about his clients . I would highly recommend .

Mathew is hands down the best lawyer in town! He handled my custody case and criminal case. He was able to get my criminal case dropped and a good deal on my custody case. He is very personable, responsive, funny and he truly cares about the cases he takes on. He explains everything throughly I was so worried about my criminal case but the minute I spoke to him about it I instantly felt better. You will not regret hiring him!

Matthew represented me in a DUI and felony possession case and was able to negotiate the felony down to a misdemeanor and avoid any jail time for the DUI.

He was able to get all of my felony charges dropped to misdemeanors as well as only 1 year of probation. Along with doing no time.
