I worked with Aaron on many landlord needs. He worked with me on identifying things I could do on my own and helped me find a cheaper consultant for permits etc and only took on work that he absolutely needed to do on his own. He was good about explaining all my options, and was through at making sure all of our my needs and protections as a landlord were taken care of detail by detail. I'm very grateful to Aaron for also being available for a phone or email consult (billable) when I was in court or in the permit office and needed something clarified urgently. He has treated me with utmost professionalism and kindness. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Aaron Sokolow is the definition of professional and has his clients best interest in mind when working on a case. He made me feel at ease and treated my case as important as any other. I will and have recommended Aaron to my friends, family and coworkers.

Aaron was knowledgable and efficient when he helped me settle an ongoing dispute with my landlord. He wrote a letter to my landlord outlining the legal claims I had and my landlord was finally responsive. My only regret is not going to the firm long before I was fed up trying to play nicely. Even if my landlord hadn't responded, Aaron had a legal plan of action to help me get what was rightfully mine under the law.
