I was trapped inside an elevator. And was dropped 3 floors down with a loud explosive noise. I suffered mentally, physically., emotionally. And trauma from this incident. Attorney Bond accepted my case and immediately filed my claim as it neared the statue of limitation. The defendant desired to immediately settle due to been the proximate cause, but the damages were not reasonable, which led to negotiations before trial / litigation.
