Having called Mr. Robert Liles he was unbelievably courteous and extremely helpful in the questions I was asking him. He did all of this in over 30 minutes of his time without even being retained by me. It was truly a breath of fresh air to meet someone in these troubling times who actually cared about the person on the other end of the phone without ever speaking to him before and without any monetary contract.
