Working with Brian was a great experience. From the beginning, he was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and explained everything carefully.

I had a very poor experience with Brian. He was unresponsive to important questions and issues, and lax in getting problems completely resolved. The most critical issue happened when his team failed to confirm all relevant accounts were transferred properly with my home purchase, resulting in a utility threatening to put a lien on my property more than a year later. Mistakes happen, and it’s when there’s a problem that you can see the quality and professionalism of a provider. Messages requesting a resolution or status update would go unanswered for weeks, if they got a response at all. This created more complications, fees, and missing information that I then had to resolve. When I asked that the last remaining item be addressed to close out the issue, he did not respond. When I privately shared feedback that I was disappointed in the lack of responsiveness and thoroughness in getting the issue addressed, he did not respond.

Brian and his team facilitated a streamlined closing with great attention to the details. My closing was a bit more complex than usual (given there was a tenant in the house) and I greatly appreciated the care and support Brian provided. I would definitely use his services again.

Brian provided exceptional client service. I had issues with my lender regarding timely closing, and Brian was very patient throughout the process. He followed up with my lender consistently to ensure that we closed on the original agreed upon settlement date. While that ultimately did not happen (through no fault of Brian’s), we got it done soon thereafter. Brian replied quickly to all communications, and he did a phenomenal job walking me through the paperwork at closing. I highly recommend Brian and Kass Legal Group to use as your title company. Mr. Kass assisted me with a home purchase. From the beginning he impressed me with his responsiveness to my inquiry. He was extremely knowledgeable in the type of purchase I was making and answered all of my questions with clarity. Mr. Kass went above and beyond to me and my elderly mother comfortable with the process and took his time to explain each detail of the process when asked. On the day of closing he went out of his way to insure we could safely and effortlessly access his office and personally offered to meet us in the garage area to find suitable parking and escort us up.
