We worked with Joy on our immigration process to secure Permanent Residence status for my husband. She was absolutely fantastic. First, we felt that she really cared about us as our attorney and was invested in our relationship and case - her responsiveness and level of focus on us was so great. Second, she was extremely professional and had all the answers to our litany of questions, making the whole extended process of gathering evidence and completing all the forms very understandable and easy to follow. Third, when our case got a little bit complicated, she remained positive and helped us problem-solve. Her guidance and support was indispensable to us and we highly recommend her!

Incredibly grateful for the experience we had at Haynes Novick. As anyone who has gone through this process or is considering it can attest, Immigration proceedings can be really intimidating and anxiety inducing. My husband did a *lot* of research before settling on this firm, and did quite a bit of research on the background of each lawyer. We settled on Ms. Ghandi, and it was an excellent choice. We were made to feel very comfortable from the onset (the consultation) and didn't even feel the need to meet with any other lawyers. We were very well supported through every step of the process. The application went very smoothly and I've just received the last of my documents!

I contracted the services of Catherine Reynolds, Attorney At Law at Haynes Novick Immigration. She is fantastic! She was in charge of my Green Card process and then of my Naturalization Process. Not only did we get those two applications approved but the entire process was extraordinarily smooth. She was always prepared (and helped me to be prepared as well).
