Haynes Novick immigration did a great job on our green card process. Despite the pandemic times and all the struggles, Jim Tom Haynes and Lizeth Zeledón were very responsive to our questions and requests, thank you for the great job!

I worked with Joy and her team over the last 5 years as I navigated my green card process through marriage. Her firm made the process fast and easy for us, and helped us navigate all the anxiety-inducing questions that relate to going in and out of the country as an immigrant. Her reputation precedes her across the immigration system (at least in Virginia), and the officer that interviewed me mentioned that they were glad to work with another one of Joy's clients, because Joy's firm was great at providing all the necessary information the officer relied to do their work. You can imagine what a relief it was for us to hear that! Her services and wisdom definitely brought my partner lot of peace of mind through the process. I can't recommend her services enough.

They never answer the phones. When someone finally answered, she scheduled me for a Zoom meeting, she never sent the link. They never picked up their phones when I called back. I was left waiting for the zoom meeting.

Without Amy and Yalda doing such a fantastic job in my NIW case, I could not have obtained a green card. Before I consulted Amy (after checking their firm's high rating), I talked to 3 other lawyers. Almost all the lawyers followed a given format - counting publication numbers and citations -based on which they will argue the importance of my area. Some even offered a refund. One other lawyer even told me to get 10-15 letters for the NIW application and asked me to explain the importance of my area; when I explained that I publish papers and have made significant contributions – she replied, "so what?" I was so nervous, uncomfortable, and lost hope that I would never get it. I knew by then for sure that I needed a tailored case playing my strength. After all my experiences with various lawyers, it was like a blessing when I talked to Amy. I immediately decided that I wanted her to work on my case. She was extremely knowledgeable about my work and sector; she never pushed me to provide 10-15 letters (which seemed kind of impossible), specifically from unknown people. She herself told me what's the importance of my area and how she will proceed with the case. She was extremely knowledgeable on everything, including my F1 to G4 visa status, and MOST importantly, she had a tailored STRATEGY from the beginning! I was so comfortable with her. These NIW and adjustment of the status application process were nerve-wracking, but every step of the way, I felt at ease because Amy and Yalda knew what they were doing. All they wanted from me was to provide documents, and they did their research and created the whole argument!!! I knew then that this was my best shot!! Haynes Novick Immigration is the BEST Immigration firm you can think of. I had to have my residency restrictions removed before applying for AOS, which for those who know is a very complicated process. Amy Novick was able to do that swiftly and in just 6 months. This woman and her staff are amazing. My wife & I owe them the ability to stay here in the US and be with each other.
