Attorney Rothwell and his team helps my wife with her adjustment of status and green card application. Atty Rothwell was recommended to me by a very good friend of my wife. In our first consultation with Atty Rothwell, we feel very comfortable and he reassured us that her case was very straightforward. The process in putting all the applications and documents to together went very smoothly. Unfortunately, Atty Rothwell retired due to pandemic before our application was completed. During our interview we have some misunderstanding with USCIS Officer. luckily, we have Atty Kohn represented us telephonically. Atty Kohn clarified and explained the misunderstanding to the USCIS Officer. Two hours after the interview I received an email from USCIS that they ordered her new card. Seven days later my wife received her green card. Ana and Amara at Haynes Novick helped facilitate my wife's green card process starting in the fall of 2019. In short, we could not have done this without them. They were an excellent team providing clear, expert advice on all of our (many) questions from the start, when we began filling out our paperwork, to finish, when we had our green card interview. Their patience and calm demeanor over the last year+ helped ease our concern during an undoubtedly difficult period of time to be immigrating to the U.S. We would highly recommend Ana and Amara (and Haynes Novick in general) to anyone seeking to navigate USCIS and the US immigration system. The good value for their quality services is unmatched in the DMV area. Adding an update here. Spoiler alert: the service was just as good as described above. This time around Joy helped my wife and I with an expedited citizenship process and she was incredibly thorough in outlining what the process entailed and responsive in answering all of our questions and concerns. My wife's naturalization was processed in about 2.5 months from start to finish and we have no doubt that Joy's efficiency and promptness contributed greatly to that. Great service from the HN team once again; it's hard to place a value on what they have been able to provide us over the past 2.5 years.

I wrote my review three years ago when I got my green card. I worked with Ana Sami during that time. She was my attorney and the best choice I could made. Ana and Amara were amazing during the whole process. Last week was my naturalization, and during this process, I worked with Joy Haynes. Once again, I am beyond grateful!! She made the whole process way easier. Ana De la Joya, her paralegal, is also very helpful. They are extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, well organized, and always respond to all the emails very quickly and friendly. I could not recommend it enough !!!

Cannot be more pleased with the hard work and effort of Attorney Kohn and his team; Assistant Guillermo Sobalvarro and Assistant Mayra Lobaton. With their many efforts, they were able to reopen an older case which will help move along my current case with immigration. When other lawyers said it would be too difficult, I thought to put my trust in Attorney Kohn. This was extremely difficult to do, however Attorney Kohn proceeded with confidence and the motion to reopen was granted. I am extremely appreciative and grateful for their dedication. Cannot recommend highly enough. December 2019 I decided to tackle the biggest thing on my punch list and that was to finally transition from Permanent Resident to American citizen after a very long time, I had built up so many questions in my head that I kept putting it off. The moment I started corresponding with Ana Sami, everything just fell into place and the process became so very clear. Between Ana and Amara Tek I felt I was in the best of hands. Every time I had a question and emailed, they BOTH responded within the day with answers. Covid began in March 2020 and delays in the process kicked in, but the ladies kept me up to date and on track. Again, whenever a question popped into my head, I would email and they would put my mind to rest. October 2020 came and my interview with immigration was on the books for November. Lots of questions from me and Ana would put my mind at rest. My interview went wonderfully and then I was scheduled for the ceremony in VA, January 2021. The ceremony was quiet due to Covid and all went smoothly. I immediately touched base with Ana and Amara and they could not have been more genuinely kind and happy for me. I am so happy I reached out to the people at Haynes Novick, they really are invested in your process and are genuinely kind professional people. Make the call, you will not be taken more care of.
