I don’t know how to express my gratitude to Haynes Novick Immigration. I have been battling with my immigration case for the past 11 years and this month my case got dismissed! This could have not been possible without the great team that was behind my case especially Isabel Wojtowicz, she was always in contact with us, answering all our questions and always guiding us about the case. I can give testimony of her professionalism. I will definitely recommend Haynes Novick Immigration to any family or friends.

My wife is a citizen and we applied for my green card and citizenship through Amy Novick's office. They handled 3 things in total for us - the initial application for the green card, the follow up application 3 years later for citizenship and walking me through the interview process for citizenship. Their communication on what documents are needed for the applications and the walkthrough for the interview were all spot on and the process was really straight forward. We didn't need to worry about anything. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to apply for a marriage based green card and citizenship.

For many years now, Joy Haynes has been handling immigration cases(H1/H4/H4 EAD/PERM/I140/GreenCard/EAD/AP etc) for my husband and I, and each time, it's been a shear joy to work with Joy. Not only she's really good at her work, she's available for help almost anytime. At some point you may not have an active case with her, you can always reach out to her for any immigration related legal advise. Over many years of working with her, i can not think of a time when I/my husband were waiting on her, however, more common scenario was that she's always following up with us cause she's waiting on us to send her details/docs she had asked for. On more than one instances, we had dropped her an email with documents / details on a Friday afternoon, but before we reached office on Monday morning , she had already reviewed everything and had given feed back on it. It'd be unfair, if i don't mention the support provided by paralegals there. All the para legals are super professional and are always on top of your case. can't remember if i ever found a correction / mistaken in their work, but many a times they've caught our mistakes / missing docs. All in all, you'd be hard pressed to find a better bunch of immigration attorneys and paralegals who are professional and yet keep personal touch with clients.

We worked with Joy on a marriage permanent resident adjustment and it could not have gone more smoothly. Joy was extremely knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. The entire process seemed so daunting before we reached out but she was able to guide us the entire way. She was able to make the delivery of documents and information extremely simple and painless. Joy and Ana are so great helping me with my Adjustment of Status( Marriage based), work authorization and Advance parole. They submit my forms to USCIS right after I got married. It was really a smooth transactions with them and they are very quick to respond whenever I have questions, which not all immigration lawyer are known for. They are also updating me immediately whenever there’s an update to my case. All in all I’m giving them 5 star cause they deserve it with all their help to me. I didn’t have to worry a thing about the forms getting filed incorrectly all I have to do is answer their questionnaire and submit the necessary documents. I just got my 2 year green card in just a span of 6months without interview next is the removal of condition and Im going to hire them again for that. Thank you Joy, you the best!
