I went into MillerMasciola for a consultation with Tamara Miller, she was 20 minutes late for our consultation so I was a bit skeptical from the beginning. I'm paying $395 for a one hour consultation, so you'd expect her to be on time. Despite that, she did seem very knowledgeable about Labor Law. After my consultation , I asked her paralegal Josh to send me a retainer contract. I never received it. Two weeks later I called left a message and sent another email for a retainer contract and I still haven't gotten a response from them. Tamara Miller told me I had a strong case but for whatever, she will return a phone call or email. I have realized that many of these lawyers who charge up front consultation fees are making up to $15 grand a week just doing consultations. It's easy money. Why take a case and spend time in a courtroom?.
