I was recently in need of Carl's help for my Federal civilian employment.  After trying to deal with the matter myself, I was advised by a colleague to reach out to someone who specializes in the field, and boy, am I glad that I did.  Like many of those going through the process, I thought I could do it alone but I didn't want to risk reducing my chance of receiving a favorable adjudication, so I contacted Carl.  From the moment Carl first called, I knew I made the right decision.  Carl was personable, receptive and it was clear from the beginning that Carl knew what he was talking about.  He went over his fees with clarity and within moments of signing a retainer agreement, Carl and his support staff reached out to me to obtain the necessary files to start working on my matter.  There are so many positive things that I could talk about regarding Carl and his firm but the most impressive part is Carl's reliable and constant communication.  Not only is he super easy to talk to, he can be reached via phone, text message, or email. He always responded within the day, if not hours.  I am very happy with the help I received from Carl and appreciate the positive experience I had with Carl during the entire time.  I hope I don't need to seek his help in the future but would not hesitate one bit recommending him to others in need.

I was denied membership to the Global Entry program due to a couple of misdemeanors on my record from decades ago. I saw that I had the option to appeal the decision to the ombudsman but didn't know how to even begin the complicated process. I found Brett by doing an internet search and contacted him. He and his associates worked with me to create and organize the necessary documents required to file an effective appeal. They were great to work with and their professional assistance throughout the process made it seem easy. Due to the expert service that I received from Brett and his team, the appeal worked and I am now approved for the Global Entry program.
