Although the process is lengthy, the end result was that I was able to successfully restore my Global Entry status. Everyone I worked with was incredibly friendly and professional. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

I approached them for an appeal for my revoked Global Entry and they did an amazing professional job arguing the case and got it overturned. Will definitely recommend and if ever needed again will use again (hoping I don’t have to.. lol)

First of all I cannot express enough gratitude to Brett, Carl, and Yolanda and the entire National Security Law Firm team for their professionalism and caring. They understood my Security Clearance issues and were far from judgmental of the issues from my past. I feel very sad for the poor customer service i have experienced during my my first call .It was my first call to them and the lady who answered to the phone was rude and she hung up the phone while I was explaining to here my case .personally I don’t recommend calling them .very poor service!
