I've been contacting this firm to get a status of my case and I'm unable to get a response, just automatic text messages. My insurance company explained that my claim is closed and has been closed for months now. I have yet to receive my settlement check or an response from anyone at this firm. I do not recommend.

They DONT answer the phone. They will not try to maximize your case winnings. HORRIBLE communication and they don’t have a physical office only a shared space. Look elsewhere unless you want hypertension and high blood pressure.
