In my ten years of being a Real estate agent I've never had a processor answer my calls and questions every time, that's unheard of these days she truly made my transition easier and less stressful!! Dupont Title did an excellent job helping us with our closing. Sara Cook was prompt and responsive. The online tools made it easy to perform activities virtually. Everything proceeded on schedule.

I am sure they are capable of doing something but in my case they only delayed till the matter was about to go in court. I was saved by an accountant who re-filed my taxes and spoke to the IRS agents who were more than willing to work with. I paid over $20K for absolutely nothing. The accountant who fixed my taxes was surprized how can anyone miss out the mistakes and not use them to get it fixed. He charged my less than 2 hours of F$A fee. I am sorry to say, greed may have taken over. I agree, I was scared of an audit and had no knowledge - but that's why you go to a lawyer?

We used Dupont Title for the closing of our house. They made our lives really easy. Ali and the team at Dupont are very responsive to every email and message sent to them. The closing process was quite smooth and positive. Thank you again everyone.
