Pros
1
Excellent and responsive service with efficient and timely trademark registration
“Gerben IP is fantastic at what they do - intellectual property law. I have used them for about a dozen trademarks over the past 7 or 8 years now and each time they have been comprehensive in their research, swift in their deliverables and always acted with integrity and a focus on the best interest of me and my company.”
2
Knowledgeable and professional lawyers who provide valuable legal advice
“Josh was very patient with me even though I had very little understanding of how trademarks really work...He walked me through the whole process & I'm happy to say that my trademark application with the USPTO has now been filed!”
3
Affordable and transparent pricing for trademark services
“It was helpful for me to have clearly-defined (and affordable) legal fees in advance so I could budget properly!”
4
Excellent communication and responsiveness from the legal team
“Josh is easily accessible and always available during this process. He would return emails mostly same day and at worse within 24 hours.”
5
Consistently positive experiences and high satisfaction with the firm's services
“Gerben Law Firm went above and beyond to answer all our questions and work with the USPTO to get our Trademark registered. Our case was somewhat complex but Mr Josh Gerben was able to get it done. Everything was handled very professionally and efficiently.”
Cons
1
Lack of responsiveness and poor communication from the office staff
“The male receptionist was a huge turn off. I was asking him questions and he rushed me off telling me 'I have another client on the phone and need to go'. The conversation was abruptly terminated.”
2
Potential for inaccurate or misleading information provided over the phone
“I was told over the phone the fee was $150 for the eviction and the guy told me that this covered the whole eviction process but that I needed to come in to discuss my case with the lawyer first. When I arrived for the appointment the lawyer said the $150 was just the fee for the consultation.”
