Attorney Nawash saved my restaurant after my landlord illegally evicted me. He is an amazing lawyer.

I was told over the phone the fee was $150 for the eviction and the guy told me that this covered the whole eviction process but that I needed to come in to discuss my case with the lawyer first. When I arrived for the appointment the lawyer said the $150 was just the fee for the consultation. I don’t have an issue paying for a consultation but in this case I was given inaccurate information in order to get me to come to their office. Needless to say I left.

A few weeks ago, I had the displeasure of dealing with this firm. Before even speaking with an attorney, I was transferred three times, having to repeat my story to three different individuals. Finally, I was connected to an attorney Eli Noff. Mr. Noff was extremely rude from the start of our conversation, making me feel unnecessarily bad about myself and my situation. He was very hostile. He also said that I would never get to deal directly with Mr. Frost, whose counsel I was seeking when I called the firm, and that Frost doesn´t even work with clients at the firm. This seems weird to me, why is his name that of the firm? I was then told that my case would be handled almost entirely by paralegals, not a lawyer! When I asked about information I read on the Frost and Associates website, I was asked, “Which website?” I found multiple Frost & Associates websites each containing different information about the firm. I would recommend using any other firm besides Frost & Associates in the DC metro area, to me this feels like a scam company!!
