I have used these guys for 8-9 years. They do a great job of getting trade marks approved and defending your mark when others try to use it.

We have used the Gerben Law Firm since we started our business 6 years ago. We filed our original Trade Mark using Josh as well as additional Trade Marks, renewals and an infringement issue. Their communication is excellent and are patient in answering questions about the processes that deal with Trade Marks and the Government. A great team to have on your side.

They get the job done. They are attentive and respectful.

I am sure they are capable of doing something but in my case they only delayed till the matter was about to go in court. I was saved by an accountant who re-filed my taxes and spoke to the IRS agents who were more than willing to work with. I paid over $20K for absolutely nothing. The accountant who fixed my taxes was surprized how can anyone miss out the mistakes and not use them to get it fixed. He charged my less than 2 hours of F$A fee. I am sorry to say, greed may have taken over. I agree, I was scared of an audit and had no knowledge - but that's why you go to a lawyer?
